At Science Museum Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your discovery. If your fashion purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all science-themed tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
